A TRIP
This story is a reflection on how we’re intertwined with nature, but in a surreal and dreamlike way.Explored through a portrait project with an outdoor feel. The bright “hospital” lighting and thesimplicity of a cyc wall hint that the heroes are not on a hike, but rather lost in a mysterious placewith a solemn ceremony happening to them. Perplexing objects and foreign substances appearthroughout the story that clash with wildflowers. Bewildered expressions of the characters goagainst their outdoor uniforms. When looked at from a different angle, the living, the natural thingsbecome extraordinary matters. The sculptures were handmade by the artist Boris Makarov. Thefloral compositions were created by Daniil Borisov. The clothing was kindly provided by Peakstore.
