The world has been changing so fast during the last few years. We are in a permanent search for self-identification in a new environment. Not everyone sees the lighthouse in a direct way. But everyone caught themselves that the condition of lack of inspiration is increasing—you can’t keep creating something, your path is ragged. Once in a decisive moment someone said: “The best thing that you can do—is to work with things you currently have”. We didn’t have so much though. That’s why we created the car—the heart of the project, it embodies three conditions of lost inspiration: sadness, impotence, weakness and loneliness. The car—it's a reflection of our path with our permanent passengers.
Vasiliy [art-director]:
What were you doing when you got inspired last time?
Literally nothing. I can lie and stare at the ceiling. Often it happens at some unexpected places. As the years go by I become sentimental that’s why last time I got inspired by hearing “thank you” from an old man.
Daniil [producer]:
Describe what did you feel being inspired?
I do fear to lose that feeling. I believe, if you “catching” it, you immediately better make a voice note of it , remember it and embody it. I just can’t live with undone ideas in my head, it all need do be done! It doesn’t make sense to save it and just keep in mind for months. I can compare the feeling of being inspired to a light euphoria, similar to that what I felt when I successfully did a math class task. Pure pride and relief.
